What fuse keeps blowing (drive or hyd HEAVY FUSES or light fuses probs for invertor controller LIGHT FUSES), low batteries or running on discharged batteries for a period of time can blow the fuses. Have the motors been tested? Is the drive an AC and hyd a DC?
You should always replace fuses with the same rated fuse as the one removed. Most likely if it keeps blowing the same fuse something in that circuit is directly shorted out. What fuse is it that keeps popping?
There are a few common reasons the fuse keeps blowing:
1. The transmitter final transistor is bad, it usually is directly connected to the 12v source and not switched by the power switch. 2. The power wires were accidentally reversed I.E. positive to ground, neg to 12v. There is a protection diode on the circuit board that did its job and is now shorted. it will keep blowing fuses until its replaced.
