On most Mitsubishi's there is a button on the front panel (behind the door) that will allow a A/V reset to factory specifications.
With your particular model there are to modes of reset. The first one doesn't do a complete reset, try that one first. On the front panel behind the little door there will be a button that says: "System Reset" it's recessed to you need a pencil or a pen to push it. Push it, let the green light flash for up to a minute and then turn your set back on. If that doesn't cure your difficulties then you can use a hard reset (like rebooting your computer) by pressing the Guide Button and the Format button at the same time and it will reset itself to original default factory settings.
