If the printed image is smudged, as well as creased, you might have a torn Fuser fixing film.
You will need a technician to fix that.
If it is just a crease, just check that
1. Your paper is not damp. Try a fresh packet of paper
2. The paper input tray guides are set to the width of the apaer, to prevent the paper skewing as it feeds.

Good luck.

How to disassemble a Kodak ESP C110 printer?

Hello Edward,
There really is no reason to take it apart fully as the printer is showing classic signs of a paper jam. Usually it is a small piece of paper that has torn off and is lodged in the printer's paper path, it also could be something small such as a paper clip. Yours obviously is located on the side that the crease appears. The paper feeds in and then it hits the stuck object, then jams. Look very carefully at the leading edge of the paper near the crease and it may show the exact location of the foreign object. in the paper path. Remove the object and you should be all set!

Good Luck!

Paper creases's in ir 400 while coming out

I would check the fusing unit. The hot part. catch the paper before it goes into the hot part. Press you start button and try to catch the paper before it get to the fuser the hot part. So you can see if the paper is creasing before the fuser the hot part

Brand new brother 5370dw printer creasing envelopes

you will need to check the paper path to see if there are any bits of paper stuck in the path, if none are found, take a good look at the fuser unit to see if any of the film has come away. in terms of creasing paper those are only the real 2 reasons this issue could occur

Canon GP 225, When using the photocopier function on this machine the copies are coming out with a crease on them, almost even a fold in the paper, the machine is not jamming however and the paper comes...

This crease is most likely caused by the paper buckling just before it enters the fusing unit. The fuser is the part that gets hot just before the paper exits the machine. I would check the "ramp" that guides the paper into the fuser. They sometimes get toner build up that the paper catches on. If the paper does not go straight and flat into the fuser you will get a very tight crease or z-fold in the paper due to the heat and pressure applied to the paper to fix or "fuse" the toner onto the paper.

Creasing paper on exit but fuser "looks" ok

check the paper tray paer guides to make ure the paper is sitting square in the tray if the guides are out of place adjust so that the paper cant shift from side to side as this will cause the paper to feed through the machine at a small skew and when it hits the fuser the pressure pulls it through at an angle and this causes the creases..good luck A

Paper is crumpled, toner is not adhering in certain areas

The fuser is shot....this is the unit that uses heat and pressure to fuse the toner to the page. It is primarily when the pressure roller wears that you get crinkling and bad fusing, but I'm sure the upper sleeve has seen better days as well.
These days it is (sadly) cheaper to replace this printer with a new little HP -only around $100 or so.

Wrinkled paper

Many possibilities can cause this....

The Pick Up Rollers could be worn out and not picking the paper up correctly.

Something blocking, or catching in the paper path

The Fuser unit rollers could be sticking, going bad..

The Exit Delivery could be warped, cracked.
After these machines get old, the heat from Fuser unit causes the delivery Exit to melt, warp, and become extremely brittle.

The simple things you can check your self:
Entirely remove the paper tray, look in the copier where the paper tray slides in, look in side the machine where the paper tray goes, make certain there is nothing in the trays path.

Take the paper out of the paper tray, go through the paper make certain there is no crumbled paper in the tray, it should lay flat and even in the tray...

My favorite, check the paper it self.

I once was at a customer whom recently changed their paper supplier; every 10th piece of paper was creased from the new **** of paper. I found that the entire Box of paper had creases in every ****. It was the paper not the machine. It was pre-wrinkled.
