Hi i have a sony ericsson vivaz u5i. My phone wont switch on the red light comes on when charging and the screen comes up white with sony ericsson for a few mins then goes off and wont do anyhing. Is there a master reset button/key or some other way 2 reset the full phone to factory settings. thanks
