I have a pad lock called Word lock how do I reset it---

What you do is you take the last combination or word that you had make sure you can open it with the last word you had.Then you make a new word and twist the medal part until you cant go no more and turn is back, and put the key in. Make sure you take the key in and out so you'll make sure you can lock it and unlock it. That's how I always did it.
