Hi, we purchased the CardFive software few months ago and have been working with it since then but today when I tried to open the programm it said that the license is not recognised. I tried to reinstall the software again but now it is not being recognised at all. Could you please kindly let me know what to do to make it work again? Thank you very much, Regards, Lucia
I tried my best to replicate the error, does your usb or drive show all the copied files that are on the cd. it tells me the license file has move or has been deleted. Have you updated anything on your machine in the time span you installed nfive. Have you put on a new antivirus or renewed your existing one? but i went out and found out that you can create a RMA or ticket item with them [email protected]

send an email to them stating the operating system your running, windows version and the pertenant info from the item you paid good money for. this will help them asnwer you quicker. but truthfully i dont think it is anything you personally did its there product i could not reproduce the issue i tried.
