Hi, we purchased the CardFive software few
I tried my best to replicate the error, does your usb or drive show all the copied files that are on the cd. it tells me the license file has move or has been deleted. Have you updated anything on your machine in the time span you installed nfive. Have you put on a new antivirus or renewed your existing one? but i went out and found out that you can create a RMA or ticket item with them firstname.lastname@example.org
send an email to them stating the operating system your running, windows version and the pertenant info from the item you paid good money for. this will help them asnwer you quicker. but truthfully i dont think it is anything you personally did its there product i could not reproduce the issue i tried.

Can anyone with a wireless and range extender access our WiFi if we have a password on our router
If your router/network is BT and you accepted to be "a hot spot", others can access your router/wifi, but only a reserved small limit of the bandwidth, and not your password protected part. They certainly can not see or access any of your data being sent or received.
If you have not agreed to being a hot spot, or it is not BT network, it is unlikely that anyone else, with or without an extender can access your router, providing the password is strong enough. Even if they access the router via ip addresses, settings should be protected by your access admin password.

Laptop not switching on
1) How are you powering your laptop?
You did not explain.
Is it plugged into an AC outlet, or is it on battery power.
If AC, is it running through a "surge protector" or power strip?
Is everything else connected to that power strip working?
If battery powered, have you charged the battery for a long time through a reliable source, such as an AC battery charger?
Has the laptop had a spill, been dropped, a hard drive exchange, etc?
