Disney princess 13" tb p1300 ntv

I am in need of a trick to ger my daughters disney princess tv to switch to the AV in mode without the remote. or ger a new remote, there is none on ebay that are compatible

please help

    THIS TV IS JUNK WITHOUT THE REMOTE I NEED HELP PLEASE I NEED A REMOTE ANY ONE HAVE ONE!!

    My sons' remote on their 19 in. Mickey Mouse TV is broken. Cannot remove the parental lock control without the remote. It was bought from Sears 2 years ago and it does have and extended service plan. I have not tried that yet....,just was looking for information on how to override the lock without the remote for now.

Called disney said would only replace if still under warranty. said call back in about a month and would be able to do even if no warranty. thats been about a week ago . the number to call is 1-866-387-1902

Disney will replace for around 30 dollars. Google disney customer service and get number is you are interested.

Frist use your cell phone camera mode to see if remote is putting out IR signal, you should be able to see the Infared led light up on the cell phone display, if it does then remote is good and IR receiver inside the Tv is at fault. Just point the remote at you cell phone camera while pushing a button on the remote.

You've tried all the codes for your TV, but you still cannot get the remote control to operate your TV.
  1. Turn on your TV.
  2. On the remote control, press TV once.
  3. Then press and hold SETUP until the TV key blinks twice, then release the SETUP key.
  4. Using the number pad, enter 9-9-1. The TV key will blink twice.
  5. Aim the remote control at the TV and slowly alternate between pressing Power and TV. Stop when the TV turns off after pressing the POWER key. This means that a working code has been found.
  6. Press the SETUP key once to lock in the code. The TV key will blink twice.

What universal remote works with model number p1300nTV
I too own the Disney Pirates of the Carribean television. We have it setup in my boys' room so they can only watch DVD's, there is no cable connected to it. However, everytime we turn it on, we have to use the remote to change the input to dvd. The large Mickey button on the remote fell out and my daughter lost it. Without that button, you can't change the input at all. Therefore we have a perfectly functioning television that we can't use.

I emailed Disney and they redirected me to the actual manufacturer of the TV, Starlight Griffin. The phone number is 866-387-1902. I called and within 5 minutes, I was told that I would recieve my new remote within 10 days at NO COST TO ME!!

I went crazy for days trying to figure this out so I had to share that info with all of you immidiately! Good Luck!!
