You might try to find it on eBay but ai saw only one there and it had finizio written across its image. You will not find a service manual. Had the same issue. The biggest task was figuring out how to take the TV apart. Two screws at the top, three each on the tires which I gently pried off with a flat screwdriver using the center of the wheel to pry from, two screws that were hidden under the tires and the two screws at the video plugs at the back. Next remove the circuit board by removing the 4 screws. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL AS HIGH VOLTAGE IS STILL PRESENT WITHOUT BEING PLUGGED IN!. If you do this carefully you wont have to unplug all the plugs. If you do have to remove them mark each one with a colored marker marking the board and the plug. This helps when you have to plug everything back in. Now looking under the back of the board the tall black high Voltage transformer that has the red wire going to the TV tube has really poor solder connections. I found three cracked. I re-soldered all ten of the pins. Plugged everything back in and now it works.

You are going to find individual parts are not sold for the DVD only if available the complete unit----on a 13 inch unit cheaper to replace the unit itself.

Philips Magnavox makes the remote. Not sure about the model #, but you can get to the audio/video or DVD by scrolling through using the channel buttons on the unit itself. I have also been successful with a universal remote with the exception the channel up and down would not fuction correctly, but direct entry did, as well as the source select. Hope this helps.

Just about any universal remote will work as long as it has the auto program option any rca X in 1 (X=3-4-5+) will work I use an Rca 4 in 1 for an unbranded crt I use as a security tv, so it should work for yours as well
