The numbers , 4,5,6, and 1,2,3, are stuck on my lenovo laptop, and cannot remove them,every time I press the letters U,I,O,P,etc, i just get the numbers, can you help?

I wonder if your numeric keypad lock function is active. It is normally activated after pressing both Fn+Delete, To deactive this funcion press both Fn+NmLk.

Check to see if you have pressed the Num Lock key. it might be stuck, in whihc case you can try pressing it repeatedly and possibly spraying compressed air and/or electonics cleaner under the keys.
You have your numbers lock on, press the NumLk key and that should correct it. You will notice on you keyboard that there are small numbers on it below some of the letters, this is so you can use the keyboard has a 10 key number pad/ calculator etc. If pressing the NumLk key does not work, the key may be stuck or you have a bad keyboard
Sounds like the windows key is stuck down, pressing start+r opens run, start+e opens explorer etc. The start key being the one between control and alt.
