I cannot log into system administration to change the name on my mailbox. I tried the 1020000 code for 3-digit extensions but it said "invalid Password". How do I log in?

Try this:
Press "Feature 985" which will display the voicemail extension #. Dial 9, and you will be prompted for a password. Press "RESETSMPSWD". Then log in with the 1020000.

The administrator or tech needs to do this from Administration programming (FXXXDMIN), see your office admin or call the tech in for admin training. Password required as well which the vendor/tech can help with.
If you know password and how to do programming then looks under Sets/***/NAME
What happens when someone tries to call you ?? Does it blink on the intercom key ? Are you sure they're dialing the right extension number ? Go to your phone, dial FEATURE *0 and then press the intercom key. It'll tell you the extension number of that phone.
Other than DO NOT DISTURB (feature 85 = on, Feature #85 = off) there's nothing that would stop a phone from getting an internal call.
Sounds like the system administrator's password has been changed. To reset the administrator pasword, enter feature 985 press 9, at the password prompt enter 73738767793 (resetsmpwsd) and press ok or #,press yes to reset password. The password should be defaulted to 0000. Then try Feature 983. if your system has 3 digit intercom #s your password is 1020000.
Depending on the type of voicemail you have It can be accomplished by calling in to the office and when the main greeting starts playing press **, the administrator mailbox number, the password and the pound key (the administrator password must be changed from 0000). Once in the mailbox press either 9 or 99 at this point you can re record the main greeting.
When the display shows LOG: it means that theres no mailbox attached to the extension. When logging in as 120000 theres the possibility of changing the administrator password.To build a mialbox for ext. 25

The following instructions will only work if your System Administrator password is set to the default. Usually the default is 0000. To Log Into System Administration: 1. Enter Feature 983 2. The display will show "LOG", enter your login password a. If your company extensions are 2 digits long enter "120000" b. If your company extensions are 3 digits long enter "1020000" c. If your company extensions are 4 digits long enter "10020000" 3. Press the softkey under "OK"
To Reset a Mailbox Password: 1. Log into system administration 2. Select the softkey under "MBOX" 3. Select the softkey under "Chng" 4. Enter the mailbox number you want to reset the password for 5. The display shows "Reset Password" 6. Select the softkey under "RESET" 7. Press the release key *The new password will be "0000", the system will ask the user to change this the first time they log into their mailbox using this password.
chang the call log options to none on the specific phone you want it to stop on. or you can go to feature settings and change the call log options to 0 system wide..
