Bizhub 350 All-In-One Laser Printer: Our department has just received a Minolta photoco...

Our department has just received a Minolta photocopier bizhub 350 but there is no manual with it. Is it possible to have a manual that describes what the error code is? I don't remember the code c-6600 ?? and we were able to correct the problem; but it would be nice to have a manual that indicates what the problem is with the relevant code. Thank you. lorraine

You can download all manuals user manuals for your machine at kmbs.konicaminolta.us . However user manuals will NOT have C-codes in them for the customer.
I do not see a error code C-6xxx. If you would post the error I may be able to help you with the problem.

When your computer has detected the photocopier machine, then the next step is to install the drivers, which you may find in CD-ROM or you can Google it.Drivers are easily available on the internet.Download the drivers, Install the printer and then execute print command.It will surely work. If you want to use it as a single pc printer then its ok, if you want to use it over network, as a network printer, then you have to assign IP address to machine.
