Flat rear tire

I need an inner tube for the rear tire. Does anyone have the phone number from the manual or know where the proper inner tubes can be purchased?

Thank you,
Bert

A bike shop may be able to help you. Maybe you could just repair the tube with a tube repair kit, available anywhere bicycle accessories are sold.

I have a Schwin Solution FS AL mountain bike. I would like to put road tires on it. It now has 50-507 (24X1.95) on the side wall of the knobby tires. What road tire would fit?

I have done a similar thing with my mountain bike. The first number is the size of your wheel. The second number is how thick your tire is. You can get any road tire that has a "24" in the first number of the 24X***. Depending on the number after the 'X' you will probably need to get an inner tube that falls within that size. Most of the inner tubes will have a range for that second number. If the number is too large the inner tube will not fit inside the road tire.

I have a Fuji boulevard

the tire size is molded into the side wall of the tire. It will look something like: 26 x 2.125 or 700 x 35c
If the bike does not get a lot of use, you will notice after a few weeks that the tires are soft, this is because butyl rubber tire seep air, just like you car tires do over time. You may have picked up thorn or multiple thorns or glass and this could be imbedded in the tire. The tubes manufacturers spec on new bikes are notoriously thin and very prone to flats. Try replacing your tubes with Thorn Resistant tubes or tubes that have tire sealant in them like Slime Tubes (brand name). Remember to rub your fingers on the inside of the tire before installing a new tube to make sure you have removed the offending thorn, or else you are going to have another flat, sure as shootin'.

Just bought bike and now the rear tire is flat, do i need to replace the inner tube or can it be fixed another way. what size tube do i need to replace it.

I recommend replacing the inner tube, the size is on your tire. I think that you should pay to have it done at a repair shop if it has gears, it will be worth it in the long run

Unrepairable inner tube

True Goo inner tube sealant! Go to a bicycle repair shop with your stroller, and honestly, have all the tires shot up with this goo and then pumped up to your desired firmness...

I have a different jogging stroller, but I know the Maxi Cosi's Mura has the same air pump access as other bicycle tires like my jogger does. I kept getting flats, and this goo has kept my tires firm for 6 years now, I used to have to bring along a pump, but never again after this repair, it plugged up a small leak for one of my tires that kept going flat quickly and keeps the others from the eventual softness that was recurring.

Air pump fits on front tire valve, but not on rear. won't catch valve stem...both are schrader valves. help???

The tube has rotated on the rim. You will need to let the air out of the inner tube then "break the bead " on the tire to free the tire from the rim. With the tire edges now separated from the rim you can squeeze the tire and tube together as you turn the tire in the direction needed to rotate the inner tube back into alignment with the hole in the rim. Now refill the inner tube to 5 lbs less than the max pressure noted on the sidewall of the tire. Low tire pressure is what allowed the tire to spin on the rim, taking the tube with it.
