Need some base carb adjustments for the 2004
The idle screw and the air screw on the outside throat of the carb must go back in the same locations they came out of. IMPORTANT > do not tighten these two adjusters down. Only screw these in until they LIGHTLY seat. Now turn each adjuster one and one half turns outward. If they are tightened as a normal screw would be, they are ruined.

Chances are that water condensation in the gas tank has collected in the carb float bowl. There should be a drain plug on the float bowl. Go ahead and drain the bowl with the gas valve turned off. After the bowl has drained, turn the gas back on and let the gas tank drain a half cup or so. This should rid the tank of water. No adjustments are needed. Your carb has a plug on the bottom of the bowl. Please rate my answer. Thanks.
Where is the oil plug

To change the oil on a 150F you have to take a cap off it takes a big
socket set to do this. The cap is right next to the shifter. once the
cap is off a spring is right behind it and and filter behind that keep
those parts for later. the oil will begging to come out and you need a
pan to catch it. When all the oil is out put the assembly back in and
fill the bike with 10w - 30 oil. you need about 1.1 quarts.
