You could either shorten the rings to 3 for call forward no answer on the CEO's phone or have the receptionist's cfna lenghtened to 6 rings.Depending on how the initial programming was set up you might also check the prime set assignment for the CEO's line to see if its set for her DN.
I would like to help you with your Nortel Meridian VM problem.
The complete solution is escaping me just now, but I do have a Nortel Meridian 1 Manual handy in my database for your reference.
I hope that helps.

This is not a basic feature problem this is a system programing problem
Number one this phone system is not a gadget and number two reseting this system back to factory would cost my company thousands of dollars.
Your in the right ball park of an answer but I don't think it has anything to do with ISDN programing, I think it is a system programing issue. I think I just need to strip all of the DIDs off of the covering phones and reprogram the DIDs on the phones. How does that sound?
I set up the prime lines correctly but did not think of changing the rings thanks for your help.
