Hi, I just read your comments on How to Solve the "Black won't print anymore" problem. My question is: How do I get to the Maintenance Mode,? I cannot find this on the menu. My email address is: [email protected]. I thank you in advance for your reply. Mike Dufour
Thanks very much, I did as you instructed but unfortunately my black is still not printing. I guess that will teach me an important lesson: DON'T USE THE CHEAPER GENERIC CARTRIDGES. It will only cost you more in the long run. Thanks very much, I did as you instructed but unfortunately my black is still not printing. Hi Ben. I just posted a similar problem. Are you sure it's the Power Supply though?. The one in my unit is fine, as are the low voltage supplies on the main PCB. (5V and 3.3V). The problem is the biggest IC on the main board getting hot.
