When I try and download pictures from my camera ..I get a window which tells me to install Net Framework...this has only happened since my computer had a virus removed

Hi,

.Net Framework is a Windows networking component that is required by a lot of programs to work. Try running Windows Update and let it check for new updates then see if .Net Framework is one of the available updates and install it. otherwise you can go directly to the Microsoft Windows homepage and find it there for a direct download. More than likely the virus that you had was residing in this module. I hope this helps you.

Best regards,
Bob
