Programming on the nortel system is done on M 7310, M 7324, or T 7316 sets only.hopfully the receptionist station has one of the larger sets.

If you tried the Feature **8463 (TIME) and that didn't work, I can only say that I'd try unplugging it from the phone cord for a couple of minutes and then replugging it. That should reset the system. If that doesn't work and you still can't change the time via Feature *8463, I'd think it was a hardware problem, and contact your seller to see if you still have a warranty on it.

Well tried the unplug, day is correct time is off, plus now i get access denied
