I faced the same problem too. But I realised that after plugging in the adapter and connecting it to the camera, you would need to press the power button but not turn it on.

My drive envoy mobility scooter has continuous flashing green light on while I'm driving. Battery is always fully charged. Any idea why.

It is likely that your mobility scooter's battery is overcharged. This can happen when the battery is left plugged in for too long, or when the charger is faulty. To prevent this from happening, make sure to unplug the charger when the battery is fully charged, or if the charger has a green light that is flashing. If the problem persists, you may need to replace the charger or the battery

Duralast jump starter says charged but it's not?

You already have a bigger problem. The internal battery won't hold a charge. Time to replace it.

I plug my Samsung SL50 into the usb and my camera says Connecting USB and then nothing happens. My computer doesn't seem to see it.

Your battery is dead. Try to recharge it. If the light in your USB cable is solid red, then the battery is recharging. If it's solid green, then it's fully charged. If the light is flashing yellow, then the cable needs to be replaced. If this doesn't fix the message, then you will need to send the camera into Samsung and have them repair the camera.

Flashing red/green battery light

Some non-Dell batteries will cause the led to flash. There are some aftermarket batteries that have circuitry which 'fools the laptop' and prevents the flashing. As long as the battery is working there's nothing to worry about.

Acer 5315 Battery cHarging Problems

All rechargeable batteries have a limited life, and as they age their charge capacity reduces over time and you get shorter and shorter time between charges.
Recharage batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and batteries over 2 years old are considered nearly worn out. Worn out batteries won't charge up at all.

Camera won't turn on.

Make sure the battery contacts are clean. The rechargable batteries looses their charge even when they are not in use. It is important to fully charge the first time the rechargable batteries.

Camera does not respond when turned on or when plugged in to recharge.

I followed the advice of my Fixya adviser--remove the battery for 3 minutes then plug the USB cable into a different port on my computer and plus in the camera. I did that and turned the camera on as advised but the green light still did not blink. The adviser did not respond when I asked what to do next so I disconnected the camera from the computer and plugged it into the charger. This time the first blue light started blinking (nothing happened when I tried it before following the Fixya advice). I left the camera to charge all night and eventually, after about 12 hours, it did.
Seems O.K. now.

Having trouble with turning it on

Try changing to rechargable batteries. I had exactly the same problem. I used recharable they run out so tried various types of alkaline batteries but the camera would not turn on. Getting the flashing green light. Charged the batteries put them back in and working again
