Attempting to install via usb cable on a hp
pavillion dx2736us enterntainment notebook. with an amd turion 64 with nvidia graphics. Followed instructions verbatim from konica. Test page will not print, and it is stuck in the queue. I cannot delete it or restart it. The usb cable is plugged in the port on the left side and the port prior to designating for the konica printer showed as a virtual printing port for the prior installed printer an epson 7800.
I've got the same problem, printer won't print the first document in the queue. Downloaded original 32- bit drivers for Vista from the site of Konica and followed installation instructions. I've got two Pagepro 1300W printers and both have the same problem. Printer worked fine till yesterday (March 16,2008). OS: Vista Home premium
Go to control panel, printers, right click the pagepro and select properties. Click the ports tab and make sure that the port is set to a USB port. This did it for me.
I can't get my printer to print either with vista. This sucks.

Connect 1350W through USB to a hp pavillion dv6810us notebook. with an amd turion 64 with nvidia geforce 7150 graphics got auto installed by Vista.
It was auto set up as Print to file, after changing Port to USB, Test page will not print, and it is stuck in the queue. I cannot delete it. Tried with EPSON CX-4200, worked flawlessly. The 1350W device driver that embedded in Vista must have some problem.

I have exactly the same problem. first page gets stuck in the quene ... Konica 1350W on Vista. Would very much like to resolve this. Any ideas?

Having the exact same issue.. By default it is printing to file and there is no option to change it
PagePRo 1350W stuck with "Print to File" nothing in printer properties shows how to change.
I have got Minolta Page Pro 1300W printer. I have downloaded 32-bit drivers for Vista from the Minolta web site. I have followed istalattion instruction and my printer does not want to print ! Already the first document waiting in the queue and nothing happend. However after restart the computer ( brand new HP notebook) printer start printing. OS: Vista Home Premium ; computer : HP Pavilion dv6840ew.

I have a Konica Minolta Magicolor 2480MF on Vista. It did work until someday. I forgot what happened back then. However, no matter what I do now, I can't get it print again. I tried uninstall the driver, download lastest one, still won't do. It always install the printer at "print to file" instead of USB. Konica Minolta sucks
BTW, the scanner works without problem. Looks like something to do with the USB printing support....
