How do you unlock the camera?

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Either way, click on the "Vivitar Experience Software" link in the lower-right.

On the side of the SD card there is a slide button that has 2 positions, locked, or unlocked. Somehow it got slide to the locked position
