Is there a way to switch to Video without the remote on my Spongebob Squarepants Emerson 13 inch TV"

Unfortunately it looks like there is not a way.. go to radio shack and get the RCA 4 device remote model #RCR4383N $10.00. use the directions to program it automatically. just did my son's tonight, works like a charm. use the input button at the bottom to switch to and from AV input.

I can't really see it but is there a menu button on the front?maybe go threw the settings add channel and add video to the channels.

You will have to buy a univeral remote with an (input) button the controls on the tv are there but do not work for some reason that I could not figure out

Usually all functions available on a remote can be accessed via a set of buttons, that WILL be there somewhere, on a TV, they are MENU, UP, DOWN, SET (Enter). Theses buttons are usually in a group,and successive presses of the button advances the function you are on, you move with the up & down buttons, and select, with the other. Sometimes buttons have multiple functions, you just have to try and see.
