We have a KWC DOMO model faucet. It has worked well for 2 years, until recently when the rotaion of the assembly started to bind. It sticks sufficiently now that the entire assembly tends to rotate with the faucet. Can you recommend how to easily fix this problem?
Thanks you,
Michael
I would definitely take it apart to find out what is causing it to bind, that is not normal. Make sure that you turn your water supply lines off under the sink, via angle/strait stops. From under the faucet there is one or two nuts fastening the faucet to the counter, they are usually screwed on just a little more than hand tight. The problem may not be fixable, so be prepared to replace the faucet.

Just received the new part for the domo. My model is older and is chrome with black. I have removed the top screw and need to know what is the next step in taking apart the rest of the faucet so I can replace the new part # k.32.60.00
Thank you, Stuart
