It's pretty easy when you find how to do it... I found that video that visually helped me... (http://eurostream.ca/FR/ez_conx_supplyline.asp) if you look into that "easy connector" you'll see a small piece of transparent plastic that the copper can fit into it... but that piece should be removed from manufacturer because it is not needed. So, you have to remove the piece of plastic using a little knife if you want to push it like on the video. As soon as you remove that and you push it enough, you will finally heard that little "click"... So that means that it is on place.Good luck

There is a set screw under the handle lever maybe covered with a small cap or bottom type cover. remove that cover if it's still there and loosen the set screw and pull the handle off.
on most of the single handle faucets there is an erasure like button ( may have a hot and cold blue and red indicator or be silver ) usually located right under the faucet arm on the manifold chrome sleeve or back behind the arm or it could have a large ring nut over the doam of the lever take your hand and feel the area that covers the area where the spout arm swivels and feel for the button or take your fingers and fel the to of the lever doam
if you find the button just take a sharp screw driver( be sure to plug the drain holes and turn hot and cold water off under sink) pry the button off and use a hex wrench and loosten
if no button then there has to be a large nut on top you may seee two grooves oppsoite each other wheich would mean a special tool
use an adjustable wrench (put cloth ofer chrome to protect and turn counter clock wise( the ring nut will not be very thick
after removing you should be able to replace the cartridge
Sounds like the retaining ring under the handle may need to tighten a little to stiffen lever a little. To remove handle take plastic red/blue cap at base of lever covering the screw. Remove allen screw that holds handle to base with a allen wrench.
Try to tighten collar that holds the stem for the lever and that should help with the lever. if not the gasket that's under the collar maybe wore to the point that tightening want effect it.
If you need a parts diagram go to this link for an exploded view of the internal parts. I hope this will be helpful to you.
You can see the installation manual here:

Hope this helps!

Hello
First shut off water to faucet. There should be a allen screw that holds the faucet together near the top back of the handle, lossen this and pull top off.
Next take some pliers and tighten down the lock nuts to compress the washers,do this gently.
The USUAL cause of this is the diverter valve that channels the water to the sprayer. There are several types of these so search for yours in google to find a blow-up drawing of it. They are usually in the tower the spout swings on and sometimes are a pintle valve like a little rod with dumbells on the ends. Crud can make them not seat then they will cause the hammering.
First you have to remove the main lever/handle. This is done by loostening the allen head setscrew at the pivot point front base of thge handle. Underneath you'll see a collar or nut that is easily removed with a pair of Channel Lock pliers (adjustable) then after marking the front of the valve with a permanent marker(just make a dot) so it is assembled the same way, pry out the valve and repair or replace it, Thank you, Dana.
Should be a little round button to pry out at lower part of handle itself, and likely an Allen key behind it to loosen off and remove, or tighten to snug up handle.
