How do you change the time on a Meridian NT4X43 phone?

The time and date comes from the Norstar KSU not from the phone.

I need to upgrade meridian NT5B01, is it possible to add voice mail or others, please give me the items that I can upgrade my system with insted of changing it

Unplug the phone for 1 minute and then reconnect it. After booting up, it should correct the problem.

and follow the display prompts.

Haha they are old! Enter programming by dialing Feature **266344, then using 266344 as your password. Your password may be different depending on your phone company. Contact them for more details. Scroll using navigation keys to "General Admin". Scroll to Time and Date, then select time. You can go through individually and fix the hour and minute. When you are done, press Rls

you would need to get into the admin programming to change the name, have your system admin person make the change for you.
