Once the view screen has passed, how do you retrieve the phone numbers of missed calls. I researched this before and was told OK key then call history then missed calls. But I literally have pushed every button and cannot locate a screen that has call history as an option. Help please!!!!
Missed calls may be filtered out by default. to show just Missed calls, open the Call Log and then press the ASTERISK or STAR Key (to the left of the Zero)
Pressing this will show just Missed Calls. REturn to the main Call Log Listing by pressing the POUND (#) Key. (To the right of the Zero)

Has this always happened?
Does it happen every single time? are you in cellular coverage, or does it happen only when you are in certain areas?
Have you got your call diverts set up correctly?
Since you neglected to specify the model of your VTech phone I can only suggest you enter it into the search box here to download a copy of the manual.
Usually you can click the green phone button and it will bring you to a list. Sometimes of calls you have recently dialed or of all calls (received, missed, and made) and maybe try click your right arrow on the key pad... and it should go from something like all calls to recieved calls to missed calls... Really depends on your phone!
In Motorola, L6, we cant see the missed calls separately. they will be shown along with the received calls.
we cant delete only the missed calls at once..
we can manually delete them by this process as all know..
Press UP navigation key, it opens the received calls menu,
if you see a Tick mark beside a number or name, it represents a received cal,
it you just see the number or name without a Tick mark, it represents a missed call..
you can delete them by selecting options and delete..
You can try this, it worked for us.
Press the key that says CID (Caller ID) to view every missed called telephone number. They disappeared, but we had to do each handset. Hope that works for you.
to list a contact the easy way just type the number it and press options and it will display save go from there
if some one called and u missed it when the screen shows one missed call it should show the number if not it was private u can also go in to call log and go to dialled calls.recived calls.and missed calls and will show u the numbers
How do I view the numbers of calls made or received?
You
can view the last ten calls that have been placed and the last ten
calls which have been received in the Recent Calls option menu.
Press the Menu, Recent Calls and press the right soft key to select.
To view the calls you have received scroll to Received Calls and press the right soft key to select.
To view the calls which have been placed, scroll to Dialed Calls and press the right soft key to select.
Once
in the Received or Dialed calls you can get more information such as
the time the phone call was received/dialed by highlighting the call
you want to view, and press the right soft key to view.
Scroll down to view all the available information.
In
order to delete a received, or dialed call simply highlight the call
you want to delete, press Menu and then select Delete. You can delete
all the calls in the chosen section by selecting Delete All instead of
just delete.
You
