Plug in your MP3 player.
Wait for your system to load drivers and notify you your device is ready to use.
Use Windows Media Player to sync your files with the player. Windows Media Player is easy to use and easy to learn. It's very intutive.

OR

Copy your files to the player using Windows Explorer. (This is more difficult than using Media Player.)

I do not have a programing disk and want to load music on my RCA

Unlike iPods, you do not need special software to load music onto the RCA TH1602. Once it is plugged into a computer, it will show up as a drive letter and you can simply compy music folders over to it.

Loading music

What are you using to load music. If you have access to Windows Media Player 11 it is very simple.

First open WMP11, make sure your player is connected to the computer with the USB cable. At the top of WMP11 click Sync
the player will sync with WMP11, drag and drop music and click sync, very simple. I have a Sansa View and it is very simple, This basically works with most MP3 players.

How do i load music

heh heh... Okay, Make sure you're downloading them into the music folder on your memory stick. (You may have to create a folder that says "Music". The instructions manual tells you everything.)

Another problem is: 8385ace.jpg This is a pic of the instructions manual. It shows that you cannot save music within a folder inside another folder. When the PSP tries to read music, it searches in the "Music" folder. If there is another folder within the "Music" folder with music in it, the PSP can play it. But, if there is a folder in another folder, the PSP cannot find it and says there is no music. (That is really hard to explain!) Look at the picture and you'll get it. ^-^; If there are any questions you want to ask, please do!
