My phone samsung e1410 cant receive gprs and airtel live setting . How to do it????

For some phones airtel doesnt give settings u have to manually configure
here is the manual settings to set up in ur mobile
goto wap->settings->profiles or where the settings ll be saved
create a new one
just enter the data below

name-> airtel live
homepage->live.airtelworld.com
connection->http
ip address or port address->100.001.200.099
port no->8080 or 9201
leave username and password blank
apn->airtelfun.com

Hi i purchase nokia 5235 mobile. airtel service
These are the ways you can activate your GPRS and Airtel Live settings:
Send MO to 2567 from your Airtel mobile (2567 is a toll free number).
You will receive settings for Airtel Live, Airtel mobile office i.e Airtel GPRS and Airtel MMS.
Save the settings you want to use.
If you want to surf only limited site then I will recommend Airtel Live, specially when you are using Free GPRS trick that will be useful for you.
Else you can go ahead and save the settings for Airtel mobile office and Airtel MMS.
Now to activate Airtel GPRS you need to send GPRSACT from your Airtel number to 511( which is a toll free number). Do remember Airtel GPRS is not a free service and you will be charged.
But there is unlimited downloading on Airtel GPRS service (the paid one).
You can also deactivate it by sending a message GPRSDEACT to 511.
Though Airtel Live is activate by default but in case Airtel live is deactivated you can activate it by sending LIVEACT to 511 and to disable it LIVEDEACT to 511.

Airtel gprs
That is where Airtel takes us for a ride. Once you have GPRS activated then they send you the settings by am sms. These settings are for Mobile office, Airtel Live and MMS. Mobile Office is free under GPRS whatever plan you have. But for using Live and MMS you pay through your nose despite GPRS.
So, go to settings and delete the Airtel Live and MMS so thet even my mistake you do not use them. Use only Mobile Office.

My mobile is samsung E250 When i send any mail from my mobile it gives error for DNS error i set yahoo mail account smtp and pop3 setting and use airtelgprs & airtel live. Ps help me....
the dns setting are not correct apparently.
try these settings and make sure you include the proper port setting

Yahoo Incoming Mail Server (POP3) - pop.mail.yahoo.com (port 110)
Yahoo Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) - smtp.mail.yahoo.com (port 25)
