The Nikon F90 (known as the N90 in the United States) was manufactured between 1992 and 2001. At one time Nikon manufacture codes had the month as the first digit and the year next which would make your camera a February 2000 model but I don't know if they still use this format. I couldn't find any info on the web either.

Move the lens to f22 and put the lens lock on it, or maybe change the settings from Program to Manuel.

I can't get meter reading for my Nikon N75

It depends on the lens. If it's a CPU lens (has electrical contacts) then the meter should work in any mode. If the lens doesn't have contacts then the meter won't work.

How do I remove the film door on my Nikon N90

You should not have removed the screw. It sticks out for a reason. You push it down to release the top hinge of the door.

Nikon fg light meter

Ah, I figured this out. It's not the battery, since the light isn't dimmed. I had the same problem with the light being stuck at 60/120, and it was just flashing. There's a certain mechanism in the camera that only allows the light meter to start working when the exposure count is at 1. So when you load your film, you have to take 2 or 3 exposures, and crank it, before the light meter kicks in.
