that sounds like a FTA unit? there are tons of free download bins for the factory reset of the fta reciver there are no longer easy bins to revive or to hack the unit to receive pay TV because they all have switched to what is called the N3 system and that has not been hacked yet but there are tons of pay sites online for thease bins BUT Not the N# BINS At least not yet that I am aware of!!!!??

I'm thinking a bad connection on a plug or the module is getting a false reading

download the factory defaults and reload them into it then upload your new fix back in to it
