This is, of course, a trick question. The simple answer is 12, because the circumference of the park is 420m and 12 x 420m is 5040m. However, we are not told how close to the edge the runner is able to run, nor whether he (or she) rounds off the corners. If, for example, the park is bounded by a fence, the runner may have to run 1m inside the fence and will almost certainly not run completely in to each corner. Adjusting for these factors could reduce the distance run per lap to 410m or less, in which case an additional lap will be necessary. In fact, if the actual distance run is less than 416.67m per lap, then 13 laps must be run.

I have a Mio Sym 100 scooter for past year. Done about 800 km's myself. Total 3.000 km's. Suddenly I have no power after about 5 km's over 20 kph. Starts fine.

The older the engine, the more likely it is to leak oil due to aging gaskets and seals. As an engine ages, heat can cause cork gaskets to harden and shrink.Engine oil leaks occur most often at the valve cover and oil pan gaskets, timing chain cover and the front and rear crankshaft seals. on your Mio Better Check all necessary Seals and gaskets

Down draft kitchen cooktop: i can't use a recommended 6" exhaust because of structural conflicts, but could use a 3". Will this mess anything up with the blower on the cook top?

This would be a bad idea. The problem would be that not all of the exhaust gases will leave the kitchen. (Thus it could make you ill or be fatal - it will not do be a problem for the blower.) For a very short run you can use 5" duct but not after any sections of 6" or 3 1/4" x 10" rectangular ducting. The maximum duct length can be 100'; however 5" round duct has a higher equivalence length than 6" round duct.

You would be better off putting the cooktop on an exterior wall and directly venting it to the outside with rectangular ducting.

The installation and owner's manual are available from GE. Go to http://www.geappliances.com/service_and_support/literature/. Then search for JP389.

I wish that I had better news.

My LG dryer shuts itself off during the normal cycle and a dotted

OK, here's what it sounds like to me: The line going around the display should only be seen if you selected "Wrinkel Care" function for that cycle (and with the freshen up cycle, I beleive). With that option in use, after the dryer shuts off, if you do not open the door or turn off power to the dryer the dryer will display the moving rectangular segments and every 6 minutes the dryer will turn itself on and tumble for 10 seconds with no heat (to keep clothes fluffed up and prevent wrinkles from setting in) and will continue this cycle for up to three hours. The "Freshen Up" is the steam cycle used to remove wrinkles from 1 to 5 garments, like things that were all wrinkled up in your suitcase. Try drying with a normal or permanent press cycle, or a timed cycle. If you have additional questions or concerns, let me know.
