Register my tomtom

Call TomTom support. They will walk you through the reloading process to fix your problem. I had parts of my maps missing after a map upgrade through TomTom Home. They said the problem was caused by a corrupt download. After they walked me through a complete reset the unit worked perfectly. p.s.-They're actual Americans in Watertown, N.Y.

Okay, I had the same problem as you. Go onto the TomTom website and go to the Support Page. From there, answere the questions as:
-Click Car Navigation
-Select TomTom ONE 125
-Click Technical Support
Now scroll down to Question number 6.
-Click on question 6
Scroll down, read, and perform number 1 and 2.
1. Uninstall The Application
2. Reinstall the Application

This did it for me. JUST MAKE SURE YOU CREATE A BACKUP BEFORE DOING THIS!!!!!

Tap on your TomTom One screen to bring up 'Change preferences' then scroll right by taping on the right arrow to locate 'Change Home location' and then either enter from 'Address' or 'Recent destination' .

It is not really necessary. Some guides are rather lean. Follow the link select the model and download a copy. Alternatively use the CD that shipped with it. If no CD was in the box, download the Tomtom Home software and install it on you computer. By running the HOME and clicking the right arrow you will find a large icon that says Read the manual of my device. Use it to download a copy. But before the software knows what device you have, it must register it.

1.Touch the screen for the menu
2.on page 1 of 3 on the menu, touch the blue wrench (change prefs)
3.press the black right arrow key to page 4 of 7 in preferences and touch the flags icon
4.press your desired language
