Make sure the pictures are all in jpeg format, and make sure to run them through the Sansa Media Converter. If you have lost your installation CD, you can get the Sansa Media Converter for free on Sandisk's website.
You have to use the Sansa Media Converter to "convert" the files to a recognizable format.
Standard image formats do not work.

did you use sansa media converter if yes probabli the converter doesnot recognise the vide so u need to converted to mpeg first the put it in the sansa media converter. hope it helps.
ha i have sandick e260 & want to transfer music video to it & i will try converting it to .mp4 format.
