The best way to transfer song is to connect your mobile with the PC and use the connection type as mass storage and then you can simply transfer data as you do in a usb flash drive.
Do you know what format the songs are in? (ie. .mp3, .wma, .wav)??
This may be the issue. Check your phone's documentation to clarify which formats it can play.
Also, connect the memory card to a PC, do you still see the songs? If you do then its an issue with the phone, if not, try copying them to the memory card again.
Solution 1: Set to save the files into SD card rather than into Phone memory. For example, set song folder and picture folder to a location on memory card. Refer to the phone manual for detailed steps.
Solution 2: use a computer and card reader to manually store songs into SD card. Then set the phone to folder into sd card to get the songs. Clear phone memory afterward.
Sometimes its a size limit issue. I know my phone does freeze up or restart with either too many programs using up the memory or too many songs, pictures, etc. on there.
Try removing some on there. If that fixes the problem them you are in the clear. If not, then there might be something internal going wrong with your set. Possibly a defective card reader..
I believe I already answered soemthing like this..not sure if it is the same one...
but if it isnt..then delete some items on your memory card. That should help. If it doesnt there might be something else going wrong with it...
