Disney dvd player P600D

My daughter received the tv and also the dvd player for her birthday. It took two days to figure out the tv and two calls to the help line for the dvd. The problem is that with the dvd you can not access the display button to shut off the parental control so every time you watch a movie you have to re enter the password. This is not user friendly for children. I talked with a tech at disney and was told they know of the problem and can not correct it. They told me hopefully the new models they make will work but the ones they are still selling can not be fixed, they will not recall them and they can not notify anyone if a solution is found. I don't have a receipt, because grandma gave it to her and i don't want to hurt her feelings, but I would strongly advise anyone who does have a receipt to return it and not purchase a disney dvd player until they correct this problem. I still can not believe that they know of this major problem and are still continuing to sell this product.

has a password and do not know how to remove it and do not know what the password even is. this rediculous dvd player won't play dvds above pg without entering a password. only problem they don't give you a password and we didn't enter or give it a password. so we are stuck with it no receipt. if anyone knows a solution please email me at [email protected]

My daughter has the Disney 13" tv. It's been working fine then all of a sudden it won't play the DVD anymore. It's stuck on the blue 'Disney' screen. Can you help figure out the problem??

Usually kids tv's in bedrooms collect more dust than downstairs.
The laser probably needs cleaning with a special disc or stripping down and doing properly

Disney princess DVD player won't work at all anymore.

These DVD players are garbage. I bought one for my daughter and we've had nothing but problems with it. We finally hooked up another DVD player for her because I got tired of trying to make the dumb thing work. I haven't heard of anyone that's been happy with one of these players. Disney should refund everyone who has bought one of these there money back!

No power

IF that player is new, take it back. I have the same problem on my daughters, but it worked fine until one day suddenly no power. I took it apart and found a fuse inside. I am trying to find a replacement fuse to see if that works. I had a stereo amp once that did the same thing and I replaced the fuse inside and all was well. Hope this is the same thing.
