Logitech webcam headset

Are you hearing yourself back through the headset? If so the other person isn't wearing a headset and the sound from the speakers is going back through their mic. Ask them to put on a headset (even iPod earbuds will work) and the feedback should go away.

I just solved this last night. You have to have pink lead designated as mic during the set up and use the drop down menu on the "make a test phone call" page to select the correct program. The instructions don't make this clear. Also, check that you have front panel or rear panel correctly selected.

Have you checked the recording settings in Windows and in Skype? Try changing the default recording device to specifically indicate the device that has your headset plugged. I think the webcam also has a mic and that should not be selected.

Other thing to check is if there is some kind of resource conflict between your USB controller and audio card (use Device Manager).

Check the Mic settings in her computer. Also enable the same in Volume controls

i just bought the headset for my ps3, and it works when i use it to test in accessory s but when i use it to play gta4 it don't want to work. can someone help me figure out how to us it, and how to get it to work. what do i need to do.

thank you for your e-mail. however, i decided not to use the headset anymore since my webcam has already built-in microphone. i think eventhough i will use the headset, the problem regarding the noise during conversation will not go away. i think think is really the part of on-line chatting.
