Hi my copy is bizhub 350 and have a problem in printing. when i send a file to print in the copy screen only for a one secound apear a job list and this job automaticly deleting. please help me

This will happen if account track or authentication is enabled on the machine to enter a password for the driver go to the driver properties and click on printing preferences then the user authentication/account track button and you can enter your password there it would be the same password that you enter to make a copy

Sent over very large print job to Konica 601. It got stuck in job list. We can't delete because it is our billing and we can't resend as one file, just as 375 small ones. HELP

Cant delete the print job? Billing is still in the computer? Print job mite be bigger than the copiers print controller can handle

Bizhub 350 needs reset daily to print..

I have seen a corrupt print driver cause this many times test all workstations for printing then once you find the workstation that locks up the machine delete that driver and reinstall.

Bizhub 250 slow to print files

When you ask to print the page are you asking for more the one copy? If you are there is a collate check button next to the requested sets box, in the print dialog box. Make sure its not check. Collating the print means your PC sends a copy of the file for each requested copy. IE: you print one page and ask for six copies, your PC sends the file six times, one copy of the file for each print requested.

Also because your printing from a windows application IE: Excel you should be using the PCL print driver as apposed to a PostScript print driver. The time it takes to convert the file into PostScript for the printer to process it is time consuming.

Printing secure documents

Secured print jobs only stay in the printer until they are printed. If you want to keep a document in the copier, you have to use the bulletin board system under the scanner section of the copier.

Bizhub C 250 stops printing! Hepl please!

Sounds like the controller has crashed.

If you have a Fiery, reboot it and see what happens.

If that does not help you better call a Technician as it may need to be reloaded.

Printer will only print occasionally

Is it only with PDF files? Check to see that the latest firmware is inatlled on the copier.
