Count the flashes before a pause. A steady on is bad ground or loose igniter. 2 flashes is either low gas pressure, bad flame sensor, gas valve wires loose or bad ignitor. 3 flashes is a bad pressure switch, or blocked vent. 4 flashes is a bad roll-out switch or open contact. 5 flashes is bad wiring to gas valve or flame sensor, 6 flashes is either a bad control board or bad thermostat.

Rear harness was bad they replaced with trailer harness and trying to fig out what yellow brown light green an dark green are on frame of truck it hooked in to so i can fix i un hooked not knowing what had...

Your description, I take it, is a problem with the wiring harness going from the driver's compartment to the rear lights. If that is the case, the normal color code for GM is brown for tail lights, dark green for the right stop & turn, yellow for the left stop & turn and light green for the backup lights. Any black wires should be grounded. The white wire in the trailer harness is for a ground when used on a trailer. It sounds like you have the green and yellow T&S wires shorted together somewhere! Some of the later vehicles use separate stop and turn bulbs... these would have a separate wire for the stop lights only, but I don't think your truck is new enough for that. Good luck!

Monitor light flashes green and screen is blank

Best thing to do, hook up another known working monitor to the computer and this will verify that the computer is working properly.

If you get video on the known working monitor when you turn on the computer then you know the computer has a problem.
