We are using our Electrolux/Simpson Ezi Sensor washing

We are using our Simpson Ezi Sensor washing machine as per the instruction booklet using the recommended detergent yet we continually get what seems like white residue on the clothing after the wash cycle has completed. Any idea what could be causing this?

Also have the same machine - if you wash with the eco rinse the clothes will ALWAYS have the soap residue on them and if you use the deep rinse then this machine will just sit there doing the very occasional agitate for up to 6 hours - can't win - have only just hung out a load and as usual there are many many dry spots on the sheets which is a daily occurence - really hate this machine and it's so called u-beaut functions -

I have one of these machines and I am in the process of trying to get a full refund as the machine does not do what it is supposed to.
If any one else has a problem with this simpson ezi sensor not washing clean then you should also try and get a refund as the machine is a dud.

Proper detergent yes, but proper amounts?

Are the recommended water temperatures being used for the proper clothes(fabrics/colours) as recommended during the both wash and rinse cycle?

Also, keep in mind that sometimes if you have extremely soft or extremely hard water, they can be factors in the results.

Hi i have a simpson EZI sensor top loader washing machine 12 months old and the lid lock alarm keeps peeping afther 10 mins into the load. How do i solve this problem and im also geting electric shocks...

We had the same problem. Electrolux repairman came last week and replaced the lid switch parts with a new designed part. Told me the original part was subject to recall because of a problem with the design, was getting wet and stopping the maching operating correctly, and causing shocks. Ring Electrolux, should be covered under the two year warranty (but because the fault was there when the machine was bought, shouldn't matter even if warranty period had expired)

EZI Sensor is unbalanced on every load

Problem now solved, Simpson solved it by informing me that this machine comes with 4 transit straps on the bottom of the bowl to the adjustable feet. Its not stated anywhere on the material supplied.

Electrolux/Simpson EZI sensor 5.5 kg machine cycles.

Well I'm an idiot. They did say there was a fast wash, but it specified that it was for extra rinses to help people with detergent allergy etc., but did not give a time for the cycle. They should have said it was the short wash for everyone. I tried it, and it was fine. Thanks anyway. If I ever have a real problem, I'll be back.
