As a first port of call, you can remove the fan by removing the inner back panel (4 screws) and taking the fan blade off (anti clockwise screw) The drop the fan out through the back of the cooker. If you apply WD40 to the two bearings you may get the fan going again. Otherwise you'll have to replace it.

If the fan is not turn its not circulating the heat normally you can hear a humming noise if the fan has siezed. It does sound like you need a new fan motor.

Creda fan oven not heating grill is working and light is on in oven

If the fan is working o/k, then the oven elemment has probably failed.
This is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
If the fan is not working, then it it could be the timer is on auto, and not on the manual setting. Check your user instructions.

My c561e creda main oven(fan assited)will not heat up.everything else works

Most likely it is a blown heat element, you could check it if you have a multimeter or continuity tester.

Main fan oven in Creda C130E won't heat. Everything else working ok. Suspect the element. Does oven have to be removed from its housing to replace the element?

If you remove the inner rear panl of oven compartment, you will see the element.
If you can see removeable screws, then you can change the element from inside without the need to remove from housing.
If screws cannot be removed from inside, then you will have to remove the oven from housing.
Please leave feedback for my suggested solution.
Thankyou.

Hi.i have a hotpoint creda c362e cooker the rings work grill works but main oven and top oven elements dont come on even when lights come on when switched on fan works but no heat could you help me on this...

Hi.
Frpm the sympton's you list, I would say that the main oven element has failed, espsecially if the fan is working o/k.
The element is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
In addition to the grill elements in the top oven compartment, there is an additional base element which you can't see.
If you turn the top oven on, the base of the compartment should get hot, if it does not, then the base element has probably failed.
Hope this helps.

Oven fan wont work

You need to determine if you are getting a mains feed to the fan motor, if not, then you need to trace the wires bcck to source and work from there,
If you are getting a 240 volt supply, then the new fan is faulty.
Hope this helps you.

Not heating up

If fan is working o/k , then you need to replace the heater element.
This is located behind a removable panel at the rear of the oven compartment,
Undo screws and remove element .disconnect leads, be careful not to lose them inside, fit new element, fit cover back.
Plz rate this solution.
Tthanks, and merry exmas.
