Make sure the discs are clean, any prints can cause problems, buy a dvd cleaning kit and follow the instructions, it will clean the laser lens and maybe solve your issues with the player.
Although LG supports both DVD + and - I suggest that you use the - (so no Submenues that you may have generated and burn the DVD with lower speed (max 2x). Make sure to keep the structure with the E:\AUDIO (although if Empty) and then the DVD will be accessible. Regards, PDG
you don't hold down the DVD button; you need to hold down the MENU and mute buttons simultaneously for 2 secs. The LG owners manual doesn't seem to list a program code for Sanyo DVD players though, only Sanyo VCRs :(
laser problem just trash it. I got one that have the problem 2 months after purchase and was sent back to manufacturer after another 3 months I'm getting disc error. I guess they have a problem on the laser reading assy
