Hold the mutifunction button with the mouth piece close, until it turn purple, then open the mouth piece so that it will stay in the pairing mode. Now go ahead and have your phone or blackberry search for H700c (NamLong)
The passcode is 0000 according to the manual
My Motorola H700C was doing the same thing, I had it paired to my Sanyo Katana II. But then it just stopped working. What I did to get back up & working was to keep it on till the battery was fully 100% dead, then I left it charging all night and BAM, next day linked up again & it worked fine without any problems.
I am unable to charge my H700C. I have tried 3 different chargers with no luck. This is the second H700C that this has happened to. I have only used it maybe 50 times. Salesman says it is probably a broken pin in the unit and can not be fixed. Is that true?

Have you tried a soft reset of the unit?
Try uninstall and install again the devices/

My H700 was working perfect for months and then one day when I flipped the boom it didn't connect with my phone. I thought perhaps the charge was low so I recharged it, but nothing. I then tried re-pairing it with my phone (Blackberry i7100) but still nothing. I deleted the device from my phone and tried to reinstall but the phone does not find the device in order to pair. The purple light only turns on for a couple of seconds, and then it shuts off. HELP!!!!!! Thank You
My H700C worked fine for about 2 months, then one mornig I went to turn it on and instead of saying it was connected, it keeps saying it is now disconnected. I am using it along with my LG9800 (Envy). I have removed the device from my phone and reinstalled it but still does not work. It will pair up but as soon as it does it will say it is now disconnected. Any ideas? Scott
My bluethooth will not connect to my At&T Tilt. It worked one time and hasn't worked again. I've tried to pair it again and it say everything is ok and still doesn't work. Help

I have a Motorola Bluetooth H700C headset that was working great with my Blackberry 7100i. The other day when traveling the H700C was beeping as if I was going in and out of cell ranges. Then when I tried to use it, it appeared to be me paired. I turned both the phone and head set off and on (no change). I deleted the H700C from my cell and tried adding again (pairing) but only finds an "audio device" so the pairing doesn't work. I tried the recommendation on this site (with boom closed,press call button until steady purple light comes on) and then try to pair...still only get "audio device" and no success. Any ideas?
JUNK MOTOROLA IT SHOULD BE SIMPLE, BUT NOT;
I had been using my Motorola H700C for several days with my new Treo 700 phone with no problems. Then, one day it just quit working. I've deleted my Bluetooth partnership and re-established it to try to correct the problem, but it still does not work.
I had been using my Motorola H700C for several days with my new Treo 755p phone with no problems. Then, one day it just quit working. I've deleted my Bluetooth trusted device and re-established it to try to correct the problem, but it still does not work all of the time.
The Motorola H700C worked fine with my Treo 650 for about three weeks.
It still works with my PS3. However although it is paired with the
Treo, it no longer works as a headset. If I repair, it still does not
work. The Treo shows a last connected time of the time of pairing.
I'm trying to pair my H700C with my brand new blackberry curve, but I can't find the instructions to the headset. I figured it was easy, but the blackberry just does't find hte headset. Help.
