What do I do about the clear oil leaking from the bottom of my Gold's Gym Trainer 430i? I've had the treadmill for just over 11 months. What is this oil and how do I stop the leak?

remove back panel inside freezer. you will see a tray at the bottom with a drain hole in the middle and this is blocked with ice. melt ice off with a hairdryer and follow up with hot water till water flows away freely

Crank seal is away. Mine went and i had to strip the fluid2 trainer to replace it. They have a lifetime warranty so they will replace it for you.
