Hi Susan Duty, sorry we are very busy at the moment deleting the spam that is being posted every 10 seconds. That is 6 postings a minute 360 every hour and it has been going on for at least 4 hours this morning so 1440 postings to deal with. Can you tell us if you are plugging the steamer directly into a power point or into a multi outlet power board. Also does another piece of equipment work in the power outlet ? Check if other appliances work on power point and if not check the fuse box of the house and see if the master safety switch has tripped or a circuit breaker / fuse has blown in the fuse box of the house and get back by posting additional information area of this request for more info .Hi Susan Duty, sorry we are very busy at the moment deleting the spam that is being posted every 10 seconds. To reseat the cable, unplug the power cord from the device, and plug it back in. Make sure it is securely and tightly connected to the device. Do the same in the wall outlet. If the power cord is connected to a power strip or surge protector please verify that the surge protector/power strip is turned on.
If the device still isn't powering on, try plugging another device into the outlet to make sure it's getting power.
If another device (like a lamp or cellphone charger) is getting power from the outlet, the outlet is working, your device is experiencing an issue
If the fuse you are blowing is in your fuse box in house then your steamer is using more power than the fuse can carry. Move to an outlet powered by a larger fuse. Do not recommend changing fuse to a larger amp fuse because this could cause a fire hazard.
no it should not get hot undo the plug and check if the wirers are conected tight one of the main causes is loose wires, have you tried a differant outlet.
1. Check all cable and input connections are secure & all are tightly connected.
2.Check power cords and also power outlet , if possible try to unplug and
reconnect . A replacement of power cable or use another power outlet is another
good option. 3. If you are sure that power is reaching your TV(check it out with a test lamp that both neutral & ground or earthing is functioning, i.e. the test lamp glows) then probably the power board needs replacement.
Hi, Try puting a cup of white vinegar in and let it sit over night. It should disolve the build up of calcuim. Also try CLR it also will work. Good luck.
