Propane is flamable but not Ozone damaging. Usually they are foilled with Cyclopentane, that is part of the Propane family but any refrigeration engineer will know what to do, if not look it up in the many training manuals.
Hi, propane heaters are very well known for Sooting up. If the gas pressure is not correct on the MGV, this will cause the heater to soot up fast. You will need to have the inlet and manifold gas pressure checked at the tank and heater. This furnace has to be cleaned up!! You will need to call out a tech to check the inches of water column.
