Danby DAR044A6LDB Mini Fridge. Where are the condenser coils on it please?

The two lines entering/exiting the lower right of the attached photo (back view) should be the condenser as the lines on left side appear to be for evaporation. Looks like they buried the coils inside the right side panel and possibly the top. The coils may be bonded to panel metal and the metal is what radiates extracted heat.11_8_2023_10_32_25_pm.jpg

Question edited to toss in some caps. Question moved to model category. It could be many things but refrigerator repair is not a DIY home job. The first thing to check is that is has enough refrigerant gas and you can't do that. https://www.google.com/search?q=Danby+DWC612BLP+not+cooling ..

Danby Chest freezer leaking

No it is time for a new one. There is either a leak on the inner liner or the insulation between the inner layer and outer layer has broken down and is causing condensation.

Danby DBC514BLS-1 beverage frig not cooling

If your Danby DBC514BLS-1 beverage fridge is not cooling and you have noticed frost on the back coil, it could be a sign of a problem with the fridge's defrost system. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the fan to see if it is running. If the fan is not running, it may be a problem with the fan motor or the control board.
  2. Check the defrost timer and thermostat. The defrost timer controls the defrost cycle, and the thermostat monitors the temperature inside the fridge. If either of these components is faulty, it could cause the fridge to frost up.
  3. Check the wiring and connections. Make sure all the wires are securely connected and that there are no loose or frayed wires.
it is possible to replace the fan in your model of fridge, If you decide to attempt the repair yourself, you will need to purchase the correct replacement fan for your fridge and have the necessary tools to make the repair.

I have a refrigerator Danby DFF100C2BSSDD , it is normal but after a long periods ,it is too cold ,what is the problem

The most likely cause for the fridge becoming too cold after a period of time is an issue with the thermostat. Unfortunately, the thermostat for the Danby DFF100C2BSSDD is not easily accessible and will require a qualified technician to diagnose and repair.

For some fridges, its easy to locate the door sensor, but for this DFF 477 its not seen, where is it located?

The door sensor on the DFF 477 fridge is located behind the main control panel located inside the refrigerator. To check for the presence of the door sensor, you will need to remove the main control panel and inspect the wiring behind it.

I'm scraping a Danby propane refrigerator. Is there any safety concerns I should be worried about? If you have any tips I'd appreciate it

Propane is flamable but not Ozone damaging. Usually they are foilled with Cyclopentane, that is part of the Propane family but any refrigeration engineer will know what to do, if not look it up in the many training manuals.

I have a Danby refrigerator and the water tray freezes up.

Turn the dial and make it a little warmer. It should be 4'C to 6'C. It is possible it needs a new thermostat if it is running all the time.

Accidental defrost

I did the same thing. I know it's a little late now but for anyone that does this again here's what to do. There's a thermostat in your actual freezer you might not be able to see it, because it might be covered in ice. It looks like a tiny tube, To stop the defrosting all you have to do is warm up the thermostat either pressing a hot towel agaisnt it or meltling the ice with a dryer (but be careful)! After a minute or so the red button should pop out again and the refrigerator will start humming again. Unplugging the refrigerator will not reset anything and don't try to pop the red button out of your own!

water drip tray is usually located under on on top the compressor? at bottom of fridge can pull out at front or back Check ice and water filter: If equipped, the Ice and Water filter in your refrigerator is responsible for removing any debris or contaminants from your water that may still remain after local water treatment. Most filters contain and are made up of carbon and fabric filter. Over time, the filter may become restricted and reduce the water flow to the ice maker, causing a symptom of little or no ice. Most manufacturers recommend replacing the filter every 6 months but local water conditions may require that you replace more frequently. Lastly a clogged drain line can cause a foul smell and get into the ice and water as we,,. drain fridge-drain-pan-undefined-undefined-0_0.jpg fridge back parts-undefined-undefined-2.jpg
