I have shark euro pro x model 7133, the shank that hold needle just came off, how do I get this fix, has 25 year warranty, bought in 2005.

Are you inserting the needle fully into clamp? You may have a bad lot of needles that werent straight. Try sewing by hand with machine to see exactly where and when needle breaks, then you might be able to solve problem.
