Recently I hav bought a new PC - AMD - 2.33 quad core, 4 gb RAM, 256 MB graphic card. 1>> i installed win xp x32bit, then 2>> i formatted the system and loaded win xp x64, but system became unstable and my pc restarted as soon as it boots, so again 3>> I formatted the system and installed win xp 32 bit...again i am having the same problem...and win xp 64 bit is also showing error to install...what to do? my current os is win xp 32bit and it restarts as soon as i try to install any software like photoshop etc... please help

Most probably your hardware ie graphic card do not support software requirements.

Pinnacle Studio Plus V.9 can only be used for editing DV and not HDV however Pinnacle Studio Plus V.11 can be used to edit both DV and HDV.

does the specification of your PC meet the games minimum requirements? Some eMachines do not have the best graphics cards.

You can share the RAM for VGA max of 256 only for some motherboards. On BIOS select the AUTO instead of selecting 128MB share memory.

get another hard disk and do a fresh install of xp then the drivers and the game see if its all ok

if it is then its your drivers get them out and replace them
with the latest from nvidia. or format and go again
