The float in carb is not shutting off suply when the carb chamber full so the fuel is constanly filling the carb this is known as flooding carb either the float needle is mis aligned with the needles seat or theres a object or deris the seat stopping it fully closing off the fuel flow cheak thease the float may also damaged and filling up with fuel this stops it riseing and again the carb floods

SOURCE: 1996 Ford F-350 460 gas engine. Stalls while going
I'd check the manual transfer valve on the dash. They have a tendency to go bad after awhile. Cause 1000 different symptoms, and be the last thing checked/replaced. It's probably the cheapest place to start. The pump under the driver's feet is usually the last one to go in my experience, but the secondary culprit is normally the main pump in the rear tank.
Next time it tries to stall, toggle the fuel switch and see what happens. Same with a hard start. Back and forth a few times quickly.
Hope this helps.

SOURCE: karcher pressure washer leaking oil
Usually electric pressure washers only have oil on the pump, so its very likely that you will find the problem there. I'd say check all the pump seals and if that doesnt solve the problem, you can check to see if all bolts are tight when you close the pump back.
If by any chance you are looking for a new machine and/or parts for your machine, log in to www.roncoshop.com where you will be able to find pretty much anything for your preassure washer.
