Can you contact the seller and complain? There may have been a spacer washer missing. You can always take that sand down the paddle edge that rubs.

SOURCE: fan blades rub on housing

The fan is not level.
You will have to relevel the fan. One "trick" we use until a fan can be releveled is to stick a wieght on the top side of the blade. You will have to find which blade will weight back to level. Usually the one on the oposite side of the one that rubs. Tape some quarters or fishing weights on the top side and keep adding until it quits.
Once you get a chance to relevel it get yourself a foot long level and loosen the connections and redo the mountings.

SOURCE: dryer makes squeaking noise

If it has not been squeaking for an extended time you can get by with just changing the rear drum sleeve bearing (WE3X75). To do this, open dryer door, remove screws going up into top, allowing top to swing up and back. Remove screw holding front panel to side panel near top just under where the top was. Tilt front panel forward and lift off bottom pegs. Swing to side (you don't have to remove wires). Pull drum forward about 6 inches. (you don't even have to remove the belt.) Change sleeve at center back of drum. Make sure to inspect the front drum support slides WE1M481dark ones and WE1M333 white ones (about 1/2 inch x 2.5 inch strips at the top of the front panel which support the front of the drum), as about the time the rear bearing goes, these may be wearing also, especially the one on the left side.

SOURCE: heater fan makes a noise when i turn it on

Sounds like some leaves or debris may have made its way into your heater fan. heater fan assembly is under the passenger side dash in behind the glove box. You can get at it (or at least see it) by looking up in behind the dash while lying on your back, but this is difficult working position. Easier on back & arms if you remove lower dash section.

What are the benefits of a canoe over a kayak?

What defines a canoe or kayak is not hull shape, load carrying capacity, hull speed, comfort, or ability to handle big water. There are hulls available of both types that excel at speed, comfort or load carrying, for example. There are olympic white water slalom and flatwater (speed) racing events for both, and epic long distance voyages have been made by both, too.
Canoes are designed and built to be paddled with a single bladed paddle, and kayaks are made for double bladed paddles. This is what defines them. Verlen Kruger, perhaps the greatest modern distance paddler, said that he preferred a single blade for all day paddling because in alternating sides it gave some muscles a brief rest, and because the more vertical paddle shaft made for drier hands and boat.
Paddle craft may be the most varied water craft around. Browse around the web or explore your library or visit the Canoe Museum in Ontario, Canada, and you will see an amazing and wonderful variety.

How do I Care For My Kayak?

ROTOMOLDED KAYAK CARE
Our "roto" kayaks are made of high-density linear polyethylene, which is virtually maintenance free. A minimal amount of care in storage and transporting will help the kayak maintain a like-new condition for many years.
Polyethylene will become more flexible when in warm conditions such as a hot, sunny day. It is possible for a kayak strapped tightly to a roof rack for a series of days to temporarily deform at the weight bearing points. Use a rigid bar sport rack in addition to a "kayak cradle" to disperse the weight.
COMPOSITE KAYAK CARE
Composite kayaks (PRO models), made of a fiberglass or Kevlar laminate, require a small amount of additional care over rotomolded kayaks. Some sections will be more flexible than others. Scratches or superficial damage can be buffed with rubbing compound and followed with a polishing compound. Gel coat repair kits are also available from your Wilderness Systems dealer for more extensive repairs. Hard impacts may result in structural damage, so inspect your hull after a collision. Inspect the interior of the hull at the location corresponding to the impact. Look for fine white lines mirroring any damage on the outside of the hull. This may indicate a resin fracture. In some cases this may require a composite repair kit available from your Wilderness Systems dealer.
CLEANING
Usually, a quick rinse of fresh water is all that is necessary to keep your hull clean and functioning in good order. This is very important after paddling in salt water, especially if your boat is outfitted with a rudder system. Be sure to thoroughly rinse the rudder, rudder cables, and footbraces with fresh water to remove salt residue. Superficial scratches may occur, but can be removed or reduced by use of a marine boat polish designed for polyethylene hulls. Sanding or use of an abrasive rubbing compound is not recommended. To keep your kayak shining and minimize the long-term degradation caused by UV exposure, use an ultraviolet protectant such as 303 Aerospace Protectant, available at your local Wilderness Systems dealer.
WARNING:
Avoid dragging kayak across the ground to prolong its life and maintain its look and performance. Two people, utilizing the carrying handles, is the best way to transport the boat. Alternately, you can transport using a kayak cart, available at your dealer.

Will a dent on the bottom of a Venus to effect the boat's ability to track a straight line?

Oilcanning is a fairly common problem usually caused by improper storage or transport of your kayak, especially if it's hot out. Gently heating your hull (either by laying your kayak upside down in the sun on a warm/hot day or by using a heat gun CAREFULLY) MIGHT pop the dent out. If you were dealing with a single-hulled kayak, a little gentle pressure on the area with the dent while it's warm/hot would definitely do the trick. Not sure how I would approach a double hulled kayak, but it would probably be a combination of heat and pressurizing the inside of the hull or heat and water on the inside of the hull...would have to experiment.

How can I maintain my pedal boat?

The best way to keep your pedal boat is to move your boat into a garage after you use it. You can also keep it on the shore but make sure it is covered. Remember that if you have a plastic boat, water can get in between the hull and the deck. You should make sure that you get the water out before it creates mold.

Future Beach Angler 160 slipped off the back of my son's truck and was dragged a bit. The hull was not penetrated, but there is a weak spot on the front part of the stern. I just want to strengt

How weak and how do you know? This is a plastic boat AIUI and it will have some flex. Without examining the spot, I would say it is hard to do much without adding weight or ugly or both. Maybe a criss-cross of duct tape to reinforce if there really is a need, and you can reach it.

Can hear water in the hull; is there a quick drain and where is the most likely area it is leaking from, is there a kit? model H27.

in the nose of the boat right next to the handle theres a funny looking switch if you stand the boat on its nose and flip the switch it will let the water out.
But...in my personal opinion it keeps the hull a little lower to the water and the paddles deeper...
